Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Twin Modesty. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all of our customers.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. During busy periods, dispatch may take 48–72 hours. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery, which typically arrives within 3–5 working days after your order has been dispatched.

At this time, we do not offer express delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend it. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at twinmodesty@gmail.com.

We'll investigate the issue with Royal Mail and keep you updated until your order has been resolved.
