At Twin Modesty, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • In the same condition as when it was received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Postage

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.

Please note that the original shipping charge paid at checkout is non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at twinmodesty@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for your return.

We'll provide you with the return address and instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at twinmodesty@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where applicable, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.

Bundle Items

Bundle offers are sold at a promotional price and must be returned as a complete bundle to qualify for a refund. We are unable to accept returns of individual items from a bundle unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to cancel your order under your statutory rights, the entire bundle must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
