What are your delivery times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 48–72 hours.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. For more information, please see our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery and typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. We do not currently offer express shipping.

What if my parcel hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days, please contact us at twinmodesty@gmail.com. We'll investigate with Royal Mail and keep you updated until your order is resolved.

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're excited to grow Twin Modesty and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to expand.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing their original packaging or tags.

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

To start a return, please email twinmodesty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with the return address and further instructions. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the cost of return postage where applicable.

Bundle Items

Bundle offers are sold at a promotional price and must be returned as a complete bundle to qualify for a refund. We are unable to accept returns of individual items from a bundle unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to cancel your order under your statutory rights, the entire bundle must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
